Chris Robson
Chris is a Chartered Engineer and is our Building Services Technical Director, overseeing an experienced team of engineers. He has 30 years’ experience of designing, managing, and delivering projects, ranging from fast track refurbishments to multi-million pound developments. His technical ability, innovative approach and positive attitude is key to the successful delivery of our M+E projects.
Chris gained an Honours Degree in Building Services Engineering at The University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST). Within this time he has gained extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical building services design having worked on commercial and industrial projects across private and local government sectors, including projects on chemical sites, leisure facilities, education, hotels, health care, prisons, MOD and residential.
Chris begin his career at White Young Green consulting engineers on Teesside and Newcastle where he worked for almost 20 years before taking up his current position.Chris is passionate about services design and low carbon/renewable solutions to improve energy efficiency and conservation and has excellent knowledge on the Building Regulations and Construction Health and Safety.
Outside of work, Chris is a fan of music and collects vinyl records and attending concerts whenever possible. He is also a passionate football supporter and whenever he is not otherwise occupied with his family life, can be found supporting his local team.
